Shipping

All of our artworks are carefully shipped from our studios in Madrid and Boston, depending on the destination of the order. Deliveries within Spain, much of Europe, and selected South American countries are managed from Madrid, Spain. Orders destined for the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Colombia are prepared and dispatched from Boston, USA.

Shipping costs are included in the final price of the artwork, meaning there are no additional delivery charges for the client. We work with trusted carriers such as USPS, MRW, GLS, and FEDEX to ensure a secure and efficient delivery experience.

Artworks available in stock, as well as original paintings, are typically delivered within approximately 24 to 48 hours. In the case of made-to-order oil paintings, the complete creation and natural drying process requires between 6 and 8 weeks before shipment.

If your purchase is intended as a gift, you may request a personalised certificate of purchase immediately after completing your order.

Every Stein Arts painting is created entirely by hand and requires an appropriate natural drying period to ensure the highest standards of quality and longevity. Throughout the process, we will keep you informed about the status of your order and the progress of the artwork until it is ready for shipment.
