International Shipping
Through art, Stein Arts connects artworks, emotions, and spaces beyond geographical boundaries. Our international logistics network is designed to ensure that every piece arrives safely, professionally, and with the utmost care anywhere in the world. With an active presence in the United States and Europe, we offer efficient and carefully managed shipping solutions for a diverse clientele, from private collectors to professionals seeking to enrich offices, studios, and clinics with thoughtfully selected works of art.
Art Without Borders
At Stein Arts, we believe that art should know no geographical limits. For this reason, we ship from our international operating centres to most countries worldwide, providing a reliable service aligned with the highest standards of quality.
Orders destined for Europe, the United Kingdom, and various South American countries are managed through our logistics centre in Madrid, Spain. Orders for the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Colombia are prepared and dispatched from Boston, USA. This structure allows us to optimise delivery times and provide a more efficient experience for our clients. Every artwork is carefully prepared to ensure it arrives in excellent condition and that the purchasing experience is as exceptional as the piece itself.
Shipping Included
At Stein Arts, shipping costs are already included in the price of the artwork, allowing our clients to enjoy a more transparent, comfortable, and straightforward purchasing experience from the very beginning.
For domestic deliveries, we work with established courier services such as MRW and GLS, selected for their reliability and quality of service.
Delivery Times
Original artworks and pieces available in stock are typically dispatched within approximately 24 to 48 hours. In the case of made-to-order oil paintings, the estimated delivery timeframe is between 6 and 8 weeks, as each artwork requires an appropriate drying and finishing process before shipment. Throughout the entire process, we maintain regular communication so that you may follow the progress of your order at every stage.
Customs Duties and Import Charges
For certain international destinations, local authorities may apply taxes, customs duties, or import-related charges in accordance with the regulations of the destination country. Any such costs are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and remain the responsibility of the client upon importation.
An International Experience
Stein Arts does not simply ship works of art; it delivers inspiration, design, and visual experiences capable of connecting cultures and emotions across the world. Our international presence enables us to bring exclusive artworks to a global audience through a service that is modern, personal, and highly professional.
Because true art always finds its way to those who await it.
