Protection and Packaging

At Stein Arts, we believe that a work of art should arrive not only in perfect condition, but also convey a sense of care, professionalism, and quality from the very first moment. For this reason, we devote particular attention to every stage of the protection and packaging process. All of our canvas artworks are carefully inspected before shipment and then rolled using techniques specifically designed to preserve the integrity of the painting, its textures, and the structure of the canvas.

Once protected, the artworks are placed inside rigid tubes specially designed for the transportation of fine art. These containers provide outstanding resistance to impact, pressure, and handling during transit, ensuring that the canvas reaches its destination safely. In addition to offering enhanced protection, this packaging method helps optimise international shipping and significantly reduces the risk of damage associated with transporting framed artworks.

All of our artworks include an additional canvas margin surrounding the painted area, allowing the canvas to be properly stretched onto a frame or professionally framed at a later stage. Many of our pieces are delivered to both private residences and professional environments where presentation and condition are of particular importance.
